Special Customer Notice Regarding Greenville Channel Realignment

Effective September 15, 2009, Bright House Networks has adjusted the Greenville channel lineup in order to improve picture quality, and allow for future introduction of advance services. This change will also improve the delivery of the signal to digital televisions, and enhance the appearance of some outside consumer premise equipment. On September 15, we have removed the Encore West Coast feed channels from the Movie Pack, including: Encore West channel 411, Encore Westerns West channel 412, Encore Love West channel 413, Encore Mysteries West channel 414, Encore Drama West channel 415, and Encore Action West channel 416.
